The building is distinguished by an enfilade of pillars in béton brut, a wilful and reassuring evocation of an elementary rural construction. Nevertheless, already from a distance an imbalance introduces a strange distortion of the perspectival effect. The pillars grow larger at the building's extremities, the beams and the roof edges are exempt from the constructive and urbanistic logic of horizontality; this false perspective is accentuated by the oblique line of the natural terrain and the gentle slope of the roof...
